SOL gets $187 million from Secondary..oversubscribed to the MAX !!!!

SOL completed its secondary offering last night which was heavily oversubscribed. After commission SOL received $187 million...$17 million more than needed by SOL.....

Total of 9,549,940 new SOL shares were issued.....while another 800,060 shares were sold by insiders for a total of 10,350,000......

SOL can now concentrate on $70 million expansion of existing manufacturing facility which will benefit 08 results......

Another $100 million will go on completing another manufacturing facility which will benefit 09 results....

SOL stock price should move HIGHER now that the uncertainty of secondary is done & over with as per their Form 6-K filed with SEC on June 24th Today.

All Insiders have agreed NOT to sell any shares for another 90 days...thus extending their july lockup from original IPO to Sep 24th ,2008.....thus no selling pressure post IPO lockup expiry!!!

BLOG does NOT give buy or sell.
