Markets started a strong rally after 2PM & closed near high of the day.....
Advancing volume & advancing stocks were all in the lead by more than 2 to 1 margin.....
Financials were the star performer jumping by biggest % gains......

SOL rating 90/100 rated for a "breakout" @ $13.66 for a target of $16.96
