    Hi Madmax,

    stockcharts.com analyzes 19000 stocks on a daily & weekly basis.

    They have many pre-set criterias to scan all stocks....both bearish & bullish.

    I read their scan on thousands of stocks & select about 20 to include in "flashing buy" list.

    Hope it explains !!!!
