Indices closed UP .57% to .91%....NICE !!!!

Indices closed near high of the day except Nasdaq which was @ midpoint.

 S&P 500 @ 1830.61, high 1834.19, low 1815.80

 RSI @ 43.43

 CMF @ -0.031

 Internals were :

 UP volume led by 3.21 to 1 in NYSE & 1.55 to 1 in Nasdaq

 Advancing stocks led by 1.93 to 1 in NYSE & 1.11 to 1 in Nasdaq

 Net new 52 wk highs were leading by 12 in NYSE & lows were leading by 54 in Nasdaq

 VIX Down 5.40% @ 16.11

 Oil @ $104.05

 Gold @ $1327.50

 Stocks which were UP 2% or more included MU OWW
SWIR YY SPLK TWTR EXPE MA BIDU CSIQ
DDNKN FFIV V ARUN C PANW STLD 
MS WLT....

 AH ER PBY Down 5.85%

 AH Futures Mixed

 AH Asian Markets Mixed

 AH Oil & Gold Down

 About market, TAPE closed on a stronger note which is a good thing. Internals & volume leaves a lot to be desired. We need to close on Tuesday near high of the day otherwise we could struggle again. Markets are always tricky so it is better to stay diversified & watch how your portfolio is performing against market.

    Hey Saleem,

    Bought TRIP @ 83.60.

    I tried to wait for a price in the $82s but came in too late and it doesn't seem to be looking back.

    I think travel bookings were up huge in the first quarter when the weather was so bad. I am using this stock as a way to play that.

    I'd buy something like SWKS here based on the chart, but I actually fear the semiconductor group right now. I think smartphone sales may have been sluggish in Q1 (makes me negative on AAPL too).
