About market, TAPE was strong but then gave up majority of its gains by close. Until Fed announces its decision on interest rates by 2 PM coming Wednesday, market may remain shaky @ best. Most stocks participated in this rally except super charged stocks which took a breather. Diversification helps when uncertainty and erratic TAPE takes hold.
