Indices mixed.....

Indices are mixed with Dow & S&P 500 @ new all time high. Oil is higher and US$ is lower on Treasury Secretary statement.

 S&P 500 @ 2363.35, high 2368.26, low 2355.09

 Internals are mostly negative.

 Oil UP 78 cents

 Gold UP $16.60

 Canadian $ UP 46 tick @ .6884

 VIX Down .09% @ 11.73

 Many activity in my portfolio since yesterday before close :

 Sold FCX @ $13.77

 Added 50% OCLR @ $9.77.....both yesterday before close

 Sold AMD $14.10

 Sold BIDU @ $188.17

 Added 33% TECK @ $20.85..all 3 this AM

 Portfolio CNQ CY OCLR TECK

 Most stocks are down

 @ 2.24 following are green :

CSIQ MSFT DNKN SU RIG FEYE MA CTRP

    I will monitor BIDU also, ACIA ia important as ZTE situation and impact will be discussed,that affects OCLR.....

    I know SPLK is your focus also.

    Not sure you need my take...that guidance is ugly. Not sure I'll be listening to call because need to see the cause for SPLK's Q1 underguide but increase FY?

    I'm sure there will be stories written.
