About market, TAPE showed its resiliency and upward bias despite lower oil. Nasdaq closed @ a new all time high, while S&P 500 made a new all time high on an intraday basis. Earnings were mostly positive AH. Breaking news was the ouster of FBI Director Comey, a surprise news for sure, markets do not like surprises like that. Hopefully by close we should recover.

I think a lot of the positive catalysts have played out, especially with how well they have telegraphed the spinout.
