Indices are mixed on slight weakness in Nasdaq, SOX continues its weakness.

 S&P 500 @ 2441.70, high 2450.42, low 2437.03

 Internals are positive with 2 to 1 UP volume in NYSE

 Oil UP 30 cents

 Gold Down $10.30

 Canadian $ UP 25 tick @ .6760

 VIX Down 1.60% @ 9.86

 Most stocks are UP
