Indices closed mixed.....

Indices closed mixed.

 S&P 500 @ 2770.37, low 2760.16, high 2779.90

 RSI @ 63.11

 CMF @ 0.199

 Internals were :

 UP volume led by 1.13 to 1 in NYSE & .85 to 1 in Nasdaq

 Advancing stocks led by 1.14 to 1 in NYSE & .79 to 1 in Nasdaq

 Net new 52 wk highs were leading by 151 in NYSE & 247 in Nasdaq

 VIX UP 4.21% @ 12.13

 Oil @ $65.95

 Gold @ $1303.00

 AH early action.....ZUMZ UP 12.59%, CREE Down 3.5%

 AH Futures Down

 AH Asian Markets Mixed

 AH Oil & Gold Down

 About market, TAPE closed mixed thanks to Dow 30 Industrial stocks. Internals were pretty good considering Nasdaq was weak. VIX could not muster a better jump than 4.21% @ close, net net positive for the bulls.There is only a closing BLOG on Friday's around 7 PM.

 BLOG does NOT give buy or sell.

    Hi Saleem,

    Great pickups!

    Bought SFLY @ 95.88

    I bought this stock thinking estimates were conservative given the recent merger, but an analyst upgrade didn't do much for the stock, so maybe the current price factors in all the potential positives. I sold to raise cash for a different idea eventually. Right now I am looking at potentially RUN or EXAS for purchase.

    RUN could benefit tremendously from the anticipated drop in module prices given China's recent backing away from its subsidies and installation targets.

    EXAS continues to find new drivers for growth including a recent recommendation by the cancer society for earlier colorectal screenings and great test results for a new liver cancer product.
