Indices are sharply lower as bond 10 year yield shot up to 3.19% an 8 year high.

 S&P 500 @ 2890.14, low 2886.59, high 2919.78

 Internals are negative by 4 to 1

 Oil Down $1.97

 Gold Down $1.10

 Canadian $ Down 52 tick @ .7081

 VIX UP 33.07% @ 15.45

 Portfolio AMD FB FSLR RHT VICR HEXO.TO

 Most stocks are down

 @ 2.15 PM following are UP.
