Dow closed below 11,000 ...a major reversal of fortunes .......
Today after a long long time I see new 52 week low hitting 1154 on NYSE and 527 in NASDAQ...NYSE low is an EXTREME bearish condition......
If we believe all the technicians then there is prediction of MORE downward pressure to come....
Technicians are predicting 5 to 10% rally from here ....then back to new LOWS......
If I have to interpret "technicians speak"...they are suggesting a low of below 10,000.......
Only time will tell.......

SOL rating 85/95 target $18.94
HOD.TO No TA.....NYMEX Crude made a triple top today......Fundamentals for Crude is NOT looking good with worldwide economic slowdown.......
Among strong stocks were BRCM,DUG,SGP,PMCS,SPWR,NMX,GRMN,
AMZN,LDK.....
AH INTC ER was OK.....

IS "mother of all Bear Market ended @ S&P 500 1200.43"???
Have we reached a "bear market LOW @ S&P 500 of 1200.43"?????
The crack in OIL is saying YES !!!!!
OIL...the perfect chart & perfect trade is CRUMBLING ...so much for staying with WHAT IS WORKING ????

Added 8% more SOL..my cost went down to $19.09.....Hey one of these days....I will be AHEAD $$$$
AAPL Down $2.98...many analyst are weighing in about their prediction for next Monday ER....they are generally "less UPBEAT"....which IS a good thing...based on their channel check????

Bear Market BOTTOM struggle going ON......
Bears are trying to push this market LOWER.......
Some buyers are stepping IN to challenge Bear tape......
Those who pick up bargain near bottom is USUALLY rewarded big time.....

AAPL rating 40/65 target $187.75......Market tape overpowers AAPL outstanding Fundamental News of 1 million 3G iphone Sales......Also some traders selling to capture any gains in this lousy tape.....

Technicians/Hedge funds are STILL selling every rally to take the markets LOWER.....

WHEN the "new bull market will start"????
Dow went to 10,977.68 on Friday from a high of 14,200..a stunning drop of 3222.32 Dow points or 22.6%...well into "bear market territory".......
Technicians/Hedge Funds HAVE positioned for more drop.......
So...How LOW will Dow GO????
My guess is between 10,000 to 10,500 on DOW ...so another 3.4% to 6.9% a total drop of 29.5% IS a possibility...
My educated GUESS tells me it SHOULD be more like 10,500 on Dow.......
So ...if we take a PROBABLE number of 10,500 which is about 600 Dow points away......it should take coming week to FINISH the "bear market" which started last October.....10 months ago.....
THEN......AFTER coming week !!!!!
We.....start work on CREATING a brand new "bull market"
Do you know that there is NO definition of a bull market.......
Most followers of this market are predicting a "strong rally from bear market LOWS"
So what is a strong rally?
I will say anything from 10% to 15% on Dow points......
So we are getting CLOSE to a rally of ABOUT 1500 Dow points.......
Now the question IS.......
Are you positioned to take advantage of this "strong rally which CAN spill over into 20% gain which MAY be about 2,000 Dow points".....as markets always OVERDO on both ends.......
It will be WISE to position with STRONG STOCKS where Sales & Earnings are GROWING faster than any other sector.....
We all have our favourites like AG,STEEL,COAL,OIL,GAS,SOLAR,TECH,GOLD,PHARMA......
What IS my thesis for this strong rally :
OIL heading to $120
GOLD heading to $800
US$ getting STRONG
That is enough to start a QUICK TURNAROUND in markets.....
