Indices are UP & near high of the day on positive data from China & US.

 S&P 500 @ 1895.74, high 1896.03, low 1885.39

 Internals are positive by minimum 2 to 1

 Oil Down 27 cents

 Gold UP $7.40

 Canadian $ UP 21 tick @ 91.09

 VIX Down 1.43% @ 11.74, low today 11.68 which is 52 wk low....

 Most stocks are UP.
