Indices are down & @ low of the day on lower oil prices. Brexit continues to grapple with yes lead, which is a negative for EU.

 S&P 500 @ 2085.65, low 2084.87, high 2098.12

 Internals are negative by more than 2 to 1

 Oil Down 38 cents

 Gold UP $9.60

 Canadian $ UP 2 tick @ .7219

 VIX UP 17.09% @ 19.94

 Most stocks are down
