 S&P 500 @ 2888.80, low 2888.16, high 2904.65

 RSI @ 56.34

 CMF @ 0.114

 Internals were :

 Down volume led by .95 to 1 in NYSE & 3.11 to 1 in Nasdaq

 Declining stocks led by 1.47 to 1 in NYSE & 2.12 to 1 in Nasdaq

 Net new 52 wk lows were leading by 7 in NYSE & 18 in Nasdaq

 VIX UP 13.34% @ 13.68

 Oil @ $68.91

 Gold @ $1205.80

 AH news....AVP UP 13.94%, ORCL Down 4.64%

 AH Futures Down

 AH Asian Markets Mixed

 AH Oil & Gold Down

 About market, TAPE was under trade phobia for 2 days in a row, tonight trade tariff against China is imposed @ 10% to go up 25% by end of the year, reaction is negative again for 3rd in a row, overdone in my books, weakness on Tuesday open to be bought and it could be a " turnaround Tuesday "...Internals were negative for the most part and VIX shot up.

    Well done on those earnings puts!

    I have some BEAT calls also, but I fear the Nasdaq is still weak here. I would not be surprised at some kind of rollover into the end of the day, but maybe I'm reading the tape too harshly.

    Sold SPLK @ 118.92 to take profits and raise cash

    I should have sold this yesterday when I wasn't feeling great about its price action, but here we are now... A huge convertible bond offering plus the expected IPO of a faster-growing competitor probably leaves this sluggish for now.
