Indices closed UP .65% to 1.71%....NICE !!!!

Indices closed UP.

 S&P 500 @ 2610.30, high 2613.08, low 2585.10

 RSI @ 55.05

 CMF @ 0.102

 Internals were :

 UP volume led by 1.66 to 1 in NYSE & 2.59 to 1 in Nasdaq

 Advancing stocks led by 1.83 to 1 in NYSE & 2.14 to 1 in Nasdaq

 Net new 52 wk highs were leading by 8 in NYSE & 8 in Nasdaq

 VIX Down 2.46% 18.60

 Oil @ $51.97

 Gold @ $1288.40

 Stocks which were UP 1% or more included      MOMO SQ
HUYA BIDU ESTC MTCH BZUN SHOP ROKU LULU
KORS AAPL SPLK FB AMZN CIEN GOOG NFLX
OLED PANW TSLA TWTR NTNX ALDR CHK 
LVS OSTK SU MSFT NKE CMG.....

 AH news...UAL UP 5.95%, JWN Down 3.3%

 AH Asian Markets Mixed

 About market, TAPE finished near high of the day which is extremely positive, Brexit rejection had no impact as it was widely expected. Market has found its footing and is working its way above key technical levels, Nasdaq already closed above 50 DMA which is extremely bullish, S&P 500 and DOW are staring @ 50 DMA.

    Sold TDOC @ 60.13 to take profits into resistance here

    It's always a risk to sell something in such a strong up move, but I really don't like the valuation despite my trade in it recently.

    Bought MHO @ 25.17

    I can't help but gravitate back to the homebuilders with interest rates much lower than last summer and costs much more contained. The amount of homes built in recent years still seriously undershoots the amount necessary to accommodate household formation.
