SO trade fiasco is being mended slowly....which IS a good thing
US stock market should go above recent trading range....
Many stocks have found support and is ready to move higher...
Overexposure in stock market is highly recommended in a " diversified portfolio "

In a digestion week for the overall markets, the portfolio posted its second 8%+ gain in a row thanks to great earnings from individual companies. Last week we saw some actual stock picking and investors not worrying as much about the broader market or economy. Ultimately this is the way to make money in any market except deep bears where literally nothing is working, but in any kind of mixed to good environment, there are always standout performers and we should look to find those consistently. The MAJOR mistake I made last year was not remembering this important aspect of investing and it hurt me even into this year (as I finally started trying some explosive growth stocks right as the market sent them out of favor). I will continue to evaluate the portfolio and line up new potential ideas, and then rotate as needed to capture the next good idea. For now, the portfolio is in a position I like, even if we see some pullback or digestion (especially after a day like today!)

The stock will likely need quite a while to repair the technicals and I think there will be better opportunities out there. I'll take the quick gain on a post-earnings overreaction.

Also, AEVA reports after the bell and I wonder if I should keep some cash available if it dips.
Also, PONY remains intriguing despite the spectre of broad Chinese-stock delisting. The lockup expiration is on May 25th, but many of the key executives have signed agreements to not sell for 1.5 years. I wonder if since the trade rhetoric between the two countries has softened we might see a de-listing push get backburnered for now.

An electronic equipment manufacturer that supplies key industries like aerospace and data centers, its earnings report and guidance recently were ahead of expectations even with the automotive segment sluggish still. Upside to estimates, undervaluation versus peers even with the run, a recently announced buyback program, and relative strength price action makes me interested here.
