I do worry that the incredible strength in semis is sucking the wind out of a lot of other stocks. That said, I don't actually feel like they are ready to decline yet, so we might have semis continuing to rise while the rest of the market drifts lower. In that scenario, I'm positioned completely incorrectly. I'm a bit stuck today given I bought SOXS with sale proceeds, but I might pare back my small cap exposure more.
