US stock market found support which was a retest of support last week on Monday.
Reason for change in sentiment was a shift in US tone in terms of Fed Chief & attitude towards China trade, there is more willingness to accept " reality "......
Unilateralism does not work ......
So far ZERO deal on trade front....
IF flexibility is practiced and verbal assault is eliminated, then we may see " progress in trade with many countries "
Canada goes for election of new Prime Minister this Monday....expecting Carney to retain with a majority...
GOOG earning was a beat which " surprised hedge funds SHORT position ".....thus a muted 1.47% gain....
This week META MSFT AAPL AMZN reports......

Hi Saleem,
Last week: +6.69% (YTD: -37.91%)
Portfolio Leaders: PSNL RBRK DAVE AMKR
Portfolio Laggards: CWAN
In a huge rebound week for the markets, the portfolio did well also. Nearly all the names participated and some had stellar weeks. A lot of the gain can be attributed to oversold and overly bearish conditions as not much changed this week except some *slightly* softer rhetoric from the Trump administration. I think without concrete deals, however, it will be hard to maintain consistent upward momentum, but it does show the market is ready to move on any good news. This week sees many more earnings results but those are likely overshadowed by the macroeconomic picture. I continue to look for names exhibiting relative strength and short-term catalysts even in a tough environment.
Portfolio: PONY RZLV DAVE RBRK PSNL SSYS AMKR CWAN RXRX CVCO FATN, cash 0%

Thank you Salem and Stocktrader for the Sunday's blogs and the overall market analysis. Much appreciated to both!

Hi Saleem,
Sold AMKR @ 17.19
Despite what I thought was reasonable earnings and guidance in this uncertain environment, the stock didn't hold its upward move from after hours. I think the company doesn't have enough ability to stand out from its peers, and I use this opportunity to sell and find another name.

Hi Saleem,
Bought ODD @ 51.00 after great earnings and guidance in this environment

Hi Stocktrader,
Good luck with ODD....

Hi Stocktrader,
Good luck with a new addition of ODD.
Hi Saleem,
Sold CWAN @ 22.51 on relative weakness
I looked at the price action ahead of ODD's earnings last night and the stock had shown consistent strength even before the numbers, which then turned out to be good. I think the market has a way of recognizing the winning situations, and it is foolish to ignore. In that light, I sold CWAN today to raise cash and I'll look for another opportunity when the funds clear tomorrow.

Hi Stocktrader,
Good strategy of close monitoring of relative strength / weakness, good luck with new pick....
