Rally continues.....
Market is on a long uptrend with brief pullbacks and then on to new all time highs. This has been a sustained bull market, it is expected to continue this trend into 2018.
Many stocks are defying gravity, here is a list of few stocks with their RSI :
SQ 92.04
MRVL 91.92
OLED 84.43
AMZN 78.47
AVGO 71.12
AAPL 66.80
NTES 65.69
GOOG 65.04
SHOP 64.70
FB 64.52
BABA 63.64
Since this is an environment where strong is getting stronger, it is better to pick stocks which is showing relative strength.
Fundamental analysis is more important than technical analysis, as you can see, some stocks have crossed danger zone of RSI 70 with great ease and staying higher.
This TAPE has been extremely strong and has surprised many including me, it is OK to look back and come up with a strategy which reflects current momentum.
I do not expect current momentum to fade anytime soon, it is a rotational TAPE, they are all taking turns, different stocks within a sector also join in rotation, means rotation within a sector.
SO...a new 52 wk list is a very good place to start looking @ and see what their fundamentals are saying and take it from there.
A new week is starting, and a rethink IF necessary is in order.

Rally continues.....
Despite FBI probe getting too close for comfort, TAPE may discount this issue quickly. Tax reform is going through its usual back & forth between House & Senate before it gets resolved. Nothing which this TAPE cannot handle.
Nasdaq has made new all time highs already, S&P 500 and then Dow could do this in holiday shortened week.
Here is a quick look @ RSI to see my optimistic view :
XLE 42.78
RUT 54.42
S&P 500 55.24
Dow 55.38
TAN 60.20
Nasdaq 63.61
SOX 65.37
Above table is showing nothing is in 70 area , where pullbacks have occurred.
Russell 2000 is showing biggest opportunity to move UP.
S&P 500 and Dow is @ good entry level.
PE is expanding with growth in PE across the board.
New 52 wk high list is an interesting place to pick your winners, may sound aggressive, but TAPE is such that strong is getting stronger.
Any technology or small cap which is sporting an RSI of 50 is @ a very good entry point.
Black Friday, Cyber Monday favors many stocks, stay with those ideas.
Many stocks are defying logic like SQ & OLED...may need a much deserved rest, selling calls on those can improve your return and offer neutral effect IF it pulls back as expected.
SO..all set to make series of new all time highs in indices and many stocks, we may have lot to thank about some Thanksgiving dinner.

Too many bulls ...flashing sell....
We are hitting extremes in bullish reading. which only means that pullback is inevitable.
Most of the other technical indicators are OK....
RUT or Russell 2000 is sitting slightly above 50 DMA, generally RUT is a lead indicator of stock market.
Most troubling remains the following ratio :
Bulls 64.4%
Bears 14.4%
Bulls @ 64.4 is @ top of its range before pullback, has happened every time when its this high, but they are saying " it is different this time "
Time proves and disproves everything...thus we wait...
Many semiconductor stocks have pulled back from its highs, question is, is it time to buy or sign of things to come......
NFLX RSI @ 45.87 is very attractive on paper, but is it saying something else in technical terms.....
BABA RSI @ 59.72 looks very attractive, it has topped Sales expectations for 1 day Sales....
FB RSI @ 56.62 is in the low side
JD RSI @ 55.79 looks good, it had good Sales also.
BIDU RSI @ 38.36 looks super cheap
TSLA RSI @ 33.10 looks like a bargain
AMD RSI @ 38.39 looks very attractive
CTRP RSI @ 26.53 trading @ lowest level in a while.
All of the above stocks are telling us that many stocks have pulled back from its recent highs, the question is, is it a bargain or going further down with the market.
Correction in stocks starts happening before overall market pulls back.
SO....we all play with odds, currently Bull Bear ratio is not very healthy, thus caution is warranted.

NFLX RSI @ 45.87 is very attractive on paper, but is it saying something else in technical terms.....
BABA RSI @ 59.72 looks very attractive, it has topped Sales expectations for 1 day Sales....
FB RSI @ 56.62 is in the low side
JD RSI @ 55.79 looks good, it had good Sales also.
BIDU RSI @ 38.36 looks super cheap
TSLA RSI @ 33.10 looks like a bargain
AMD RSI @ 38.39 looks very attractive
CTRP RSI @ 26.53 trading @ lowest level in a while.
All of the above stocks are telling us that many stocks have pulled back from its recent highs, the question is, is it a bargain or going further down with the market.
Correction in stocks starts happening before overall market pulls back.
SO....we all play with odds, currently Bull Bear ratio is not very healthy, thus caution is warranted.

Indices closed mixed....
Indices closed mixed on upcoming changes in tax reform. Indices traded in a narrow range , closed near high of the day.
S&P 500 @ 2582.30, low 2575.57, high 2583.81
RSI @ 61.93
CMF @ 0.296
Internals were :
UP volume led by .98 to 1 in NYSE & 1.34 to 1 in Nasdaq
Advancing stocks led by .75 to 1 in NYSE & 1.08 to 1 in Nasdaq
Net new 52 wk highs were leading by 11 in NYSE & 14 in Nasdaq
Oil @ $56.74
Gold @ $1274.20
Canadian $ @ .7312
Stocks which were UP 1% or more included AMD SHOP

About market, TAPE was under severe selling pressure with Dow being as low as 250 points, all due to new details on Tax reforms, indices managed to trim some loss by close. Internals were negative. Some stocks survived this intense selling, news from NVDA is very good, which should help that sector of the market. There is only a closing BLOG on Friday's around 7 PM.
