All digital currencies moved sharply higher on high volume with crowded short covering UP 20% range proving pundits totally wrong who were looking for 20000 in Bit coin.

US stock market rally to continue.....

 DOW S&P 500 and Nasdaq closed @ new all time high...

Nasdaq is the strongest and sporting an RSI of 65.67, highest in my universe.

S&P 500 with RSI of 63.75 is second strongest among Indices I monitor.

DOW is @ 58.21 RSI...much more room to go higher

SOX with RSI of 54.25 is a lagging

TAN or Solar RSI @ 47.67

XLB or materials RSI @ 47.05

IWM or Russell 2000 RSI @ 45.25.....rally has not started yet...

JETS with an RSI of 40.99 has not taken off yet...

XLE with an RSI @ 37.30 is @ bargain level considering price of Oil and earnings potential...

This is a very narrowly focused market with Technology in major uptrend...

DELTA variant is taking a toll in other sectors as they are stalled for now...

It Is important to have a mix of technology plus other sectors as major technology companies are reporting this week....

So far earnings in technology is above expectations.....

Patience & conviction is required even in a diversified portfolio, hopefully uptrend will broaden to other sectors as we enter this weeks trading.

This market has been tough unless you were in technology stocks...

No rally can last unless we go through rotation to other sectors.

COVID-19 gave a huge boost to technology and now DELTA variant is doing the same, lucky twice based on your portfolio weighting.

 US stock market is facing many issues....

Fed is working on tapering schedule, a negative for US stock market.

Delta variant is playing havoc with new infections all over the world....

Boris Johnson British Prime Minister is most high profile who may be exposed again and is in self isolation

Chinese US tit for tat diplomacy is hurting also

Chip shortage has no real solution yet

Car production is impacted and not recovering from chip shortage

World economies is facing major resistance to working from office instead of online and from home only

Labor shortage has pegged US wages @ minimum $15 per hour already and going higher

INFLATION is playing havoc with world economies, most items are higher priced in groceries.

Oil in $71.81 is adding to cost of everything

All of the above has no solution as of now.....

Stock market hates uncertainty......

Earnings being managed by few companies only....others are using chips, inflation as key reasons to so so guidance.

Delta variant is not ready to peak....thus uncertainty continues....

All I can suggest is to reduce your exposure or to switch to low RSI low PE stocks to mark time

I do not see much changing until we correct more from here

October may be the best time to refocus and go for growth wherever It may be.

SO...stay well diversified so you are protected from sharp pullback in any one sector.....

Every sector currently is extremely vulnerable to a quick 10% downdraft....

US stock market going higher.....

 After 4 days of extremely poor internals, US stock market came to life on Friday and jumped to new all time high in 3 major Indices @ the same time, quite uncommon.

Above TAPE action is a clear indication that 4 day of weak internals is all we needed to shake off negativity.

Friday's TAPE was significant as all sector participated and internals were strong, a technical confirmation that " all is well "

Banks earnings are on tap this week, this may be an inflection point for financials also. buy better performing financial...GS & MS may jump higher with their earnings.

Despite Delta spreading worldwide and new shutdown in Australia, most Europe & world is opening UP their economies full blast.....more positive vs minor negative.

Delta will force non believers in COVID-19 vaccine to get religion.....thus a negative may have positive outcome.

Q2 earnings may prove to be the-low point thus buying strong Q3 earnings projection should be bought aggressively.

TAPE has discounted many bad earnings report and may look to guidance as trend.....

Many sectors are undervalued and are trading near recent lows Airlines, Cruise lines, crypto stocks all are looking like a bargain.

YES try to underweight high RSI stocks as they need rest / digestive phase or upside may be limited near term.

SO....focus on lower RSI stocks in all sectors based on your own comfort level. Gains could be well above average.

Try some aggressive ETF also like famous ARKK for quick gains......who said tagging along genius is a bad thing...

All in all, we are looking @ very good setup technically speaking, gains could be fast and much higher than normal in near term.

About market, TAPE was in a freefall with DOW slumping 536 area. Reason for all this 10 year yield trading @ 1.25%, too much of a good thing even for technology stocks, IF its too good to be true be afraid prevailed. Market was simply overbought thus this pullback. Internals were negative 4th day in a row.

About market, TAPE was mixed with Nasdaq making another new all time high. Delta wave of Covid-19 is impacting Europe in new shutdowns thus reopen stocks were weak. Internals were weak in Nasdaq also. 10 year yield were down thus technology stocks were strong.

US Stock market overbought....

 US stock market is in overbought territory.

Nasdaq RSI @ 73.64

S&P 500 RSI @ 71.90

Above RSI is cause for concern as Nasdaq & S&P 500 are in overbought condition after making series of new all time high.

DOW RSI @ 61.26 leaves room for further move UP, Friday DOW also made a  new all time high.

TAN RSI @ 63.14 has moved UP sharply after being in oversold condition.

SOX RSI @ 60.64 leaves some room to go higher still.

XLE RSI @ 54.67 looks ready to move higher along with higher oil prices.

IWM RSI @ 52.27 leaves Russell 2000 room to make a new move towards new all time high.

SLV RSI @ 47.75 is resting after good price action earlier.

XLB RSI @ 44.95 leaves materials to consolidate and move higher.

Currently US stock market is in a difficult and unpredictable stage, leaders are in overbought territory while most others are either in oversold area or are ready to move higher.

Based on mixed picture, It IS a wise move to shift to lower RSI stocks and be well diversified to benefit from ongoing rotation.

Markets are NEVER predictable, more so now with mixed picture of different sectors.

Exposure can and should be reduced until Q 4 earnings are in play which is the strongest time for  market cycle based on historical performance.

 Indices closed UP. DOW joined S&P 500 & Nasdaq in making a new all time high. Internals were poor and VIX sinking to 15.07. RSI @ 71.90 also flashing major caution. Jobs report was better than expected but It was in reopening sector of hospitality mostly.
