US stock market in bullish mode.....

 US stock market is in bullish mode by hitting closing highs for the year....

VIX making series of new 52 week lows which is a signal that a bull market is in the works

Stock market goes through many cycles, bull cycle , bear cycle sideways mode.....

For the last 2 years US stock market was in a steep downtrend and made series of new yearly lows....

For the last 4 months we have seen stability and attempt @ breaking out which we have partially succeeded already.

Despite US Fed rhetoric and attempts to talk market down, Fed has not succeeded lately which shows market trend and strength.

When US stock market wants to go higher even Fed cannot stop it and will tone down its rhetoric.

SO Fed is all set to raise 25 basis in May and may say another hike is possible BUT stock market knows better and rally on the news.....

SO be ready for the upcoming clear breakout to series of new highs in many indices.

S&P 500 & Nasdaq are leading the pack with much more room to run.

Please construct your portfolio with good strategy and be diversified

Emphasis should be on strong stocks who are near breakout

US stock market in sideways mode....

 For the last 3 months US stock market is stuck in a very narrow trading range, we have not gone anywhere since February levels in Nasdaq...

It IS important to monitor biggest cash infusion / allocation sector which IS Nasdaq and see what is the real trend...

90 days is a long base building format.....

Most indices are anywhere from 17% - 25% below its all time high

IF you are patient and have strong conviction, then you have lot of hope & optimism going forward...

We all know from history, that all indices go to new series of all time highs in giant leap forward...

In base building , It does seems long & frustrating while shorts are having field day with low & low predictions which does not materialize majority of times.

Housing in North America is surging again and have eliminated 90% of price adjustment, a great barometer of wealth.

Going strictly by RSI numbers, S&P 500 is the strongest with 59.78 even @ near support in Market.

2nd best in my universe is...IF you can believe it ...It IS XLF with 56.79 in RSI

3rd best IS Nasdaq with 55.31 RSI......

Weakest is SOX with 43.99 in RSI....

Stock market has its own rhythm, make moves UP or DOWN in an unpredictable fashion, BUT once trend is set UP or DOWN then only everyone knows IF we are in a BULL or BEAR mode...

Based on of the above, after 3 months of basing, a diversified bullish bet is the right way.

We are already witnessing bullish rotation in Casino, Homebuilders.....

US Stock market breaking out.....

 US stock market is playing hide & seek with Nasdaq breaking out to 2023 highs, S&P 500 should follow soon after.

IF we look @ entire US stock market, 2 sectors are leading the pack based on RSI & my limited universe, S&P 500 is number 1 with 62.56 RSI & XLE with 61.94 RSI

Nasdaq is 3rd best with 58.51.

XLB  is number 4 with 56.59

IF I was starting any new portfolio or looking @ adding to an existing portfolio, It may be a very good focus to look @ top performing sectors.

US stock market Is In a very tight range for few weeks, there is a very good chance, It may breakout on high volume.

Interest rate picture has Improved worldwide, most world Central banks have paused already and US is ready to change direction after May 25 basis increase.

This Is an opportune time to position your portfolio for upcoming breakout, once there Is a breakout, there is a chance that we may see series of new 2023 highs.

US stock market remains best idea going forward....

 US stock market remains a great place to be going forward.

Reasons are many BUT most important IS that we have pulled back from highs lately.

Mini froth has come out and we are all set for a long term gains going into 2024

2024 could be a huge year for many Industries including technologies...

2024 should be a boom year for Travel & Tourism

2024 Banking & financials should be all set to grow their business.

2023 should end with select Industries benefitting from resurgence of GDP growth in Q3 & Q4

Many Industries are working out demand Issues, Inventory Issues which should be all set for Q4 huge demand

Q2 earnings reports may lackluster BUT should pick up in Q3...

Currently only Gold RSI @ 63.24 looks bullish while all others are looking attractive in 50 RSI range.

Weakest sectors are IWM @ 43.10 & XLF @ 43.46

SOX has pulled back drastically @ 49.24, maybe ready for resurgence.

US stock market requires strategy, conviction and patience

Making money IS a long term game, being short sighted backfires badly

S&P 500 looks healthy @ 60.74 which could be a safe & conservative approach going forward

ETF has been known to be a better strategy with bulk of your Investing / trading allocation.

About market, TAPE closed near best level of the day despite major jump in Oil prices due to cutback in production by OPEC++. Market went down quickly in futures due to Inflation fears BUT by close even VIX was down. How we close matters in a bull market even when we were slightly overbought which did not matter.

US stock market has more room to go UP.....

 US stock market is leading world stock markets with an incredible UP move.

Since October of 2022, a long 6 months has been extremely stressful with " pain and how high Interest rates can go push by Fed "

Fed has not changed its rhetoric of higher rates longer mantra

BUT of all, US stock market is following Its OWN rhythm, like It or NOT, Indices are on a bull run....

Fed these days is NOT a leader, Its a follower of established trends lately unlike Ben Bernanke days or even Greenspan moments of surprise cuts.....

IF I look @ my universe of Indices / Index, 4 of them are in a well defined bull run, they are Nasdaq, SOX, S&P 500 & GLD

SOX is the king of all, already made a new interim HIGH....

Nasdaq is all set to make a new interim high in max 2 business days of UP move even in 1 IF HFT gets excited on Monday's run of the roses...

GLD can be a contrary US$ play, should do well going forward

XLB Is looking good also, growth equals commodities hyper cycle...

SO....It means...IF you get the direction of this market right....which IS UP...then a focus on 5 stated sector should keep an smile for a long long time....

This bull party is just getting started, new HIGHS begets SERIES of NEW HIGHS......

This may be the biggest Technology party since Y2K....Nasdaq & SOX should rule big time....
