 Although Indices closed mixed, but we closed @ high of the day which IS a good show of technical strength.

 All major Indices closed UP and near high of the day.

Nasdaq again was the-strongest followed by Russell 2000 which IS a good thing when small cap & Nasdaq go UP together.

S&P 500 only 1.57% away from making new high

DOW 1.95% away from making new high

Nasdaq only 2.2% away from making new high

On a very strong day...It IS attainable in 1 trading day....

Please keep in mind, new highs begets many more highs....

US stock market vs AI stocks....

 US stock market remains in focus for most market participant day in and day out.

Every tick is analyzed with utmost devotion as IF one must find answer to every UP tick or DOWN tick..

YES It IS important to get a sense of direction of market...BUT all effort may be futile in the scope of real action......

REAL ACTION is always in stocks which generally DEFIES all market focus or obsession...

INFLATION & INTEREST rate is the latest " end all & be all FOCUS "

BUT tell that joke to most AI focus stocks and its investors & traders.....they are all laughing all the way to their hefty gains in their portfolio.....

SO keep worrying about markets, Fed, inflation & Interest rates....sure it will keep you distracted from real focus...how to make money or better, how to keep making more money than so called pundits of wall street...

It is very interesting to see that most wizard of wall street do not have any handle on the biggest innovation of 2023...which IS AI....

Artificial Intelligence has been in play in many companies for a long time like GOOG, META, TSLA, AAPL that is why they all know so much about our behavior & preferences and keep optimizing their products every 6 months and we fall for it repeatedly....

when I look @ few prominent AI companies, It is simply amazing that they all were making new highs daily, even as recent as Friday....

So much for market impact on best and brightest companies on planet earth....

 Indices closed @ low of the day just above major support, it was day 3 of pullback. Volume was not heavy which was a good thing. Do not be surprised IF you see green close on day 4.

VIX @ 13.20 closed @ new low of the year which IS very surprising and IS a contrary signal against my expectation for day 4.....

Bitcoin was strong today after basing in 26 K area closing above 28 K ....

US stock market overbought.....

 Last six months Nasdaq & QQQ has been running away in a major bull run

QQQ is UP 43.43%

Nasdaq is UP 35.92%

IF you annualize these numbers, It has been an incredible run already.....

Average return in S&P 500 has been 8%....

Many are wondering what to do now in US Stock market

 Many also have missed to see this bull run ....

Trouble with stock market IS, there is always many issues like Higher Interest rates, Higher inflation....

BUT once issues are known, then the discounting or pricing in also starts...which IS what most traders  / Investors are most afraid and miss IT completely....

Stock market always looks ahead...6 months ahead....

For near term we ARE OVERBOUGHT...

RSI is clearly showing that Nasdaq & QQQ IS OVERBOUGHT

RSI in QQQ is 74.86..after Friday's pullback

RSI in Nasdaq is 73.29

RSI in TSLA is 85.94

RSI in NVDA is 74.56

RSI in ARKK IS 69.57

RSI in AI is 67.61

Based on above a pullback for 3 days is not out of line, 1 day pullback already happened on Friday..2 more to go....

WHY am I predicting total of 3 days pullback....

Because next 2 days may be severe......

AS this IS a major bull market, stocks can turn higher very quickly.....

SO have your buy list ready....

What IS different about this market, It is very few stocks which is carrying this market .....

Nasdaq is clear leader of this bull run....

Even in 3 days of so called pullback, you can quickly do daytrade and make money....

I do not short or do Inverse trading @ all...just my preference.....

I would rather zero IN on few stocks and keep trading for singles going forward...NO NEED for HOMERUN.....

 This BLOG was started in April of 2007.....

NOW It IS 16 years and 2 months later...

All things have to come to an end....

After all these 16 + years, It was my extreme pleasure to write this BLOG, @ least 40 plus countries residents visited this BLOG....

My friends from USA were my most frequent visitors...thanks to you all.

Monitoring markets have been extremely stressful and making sense of IT was incredibly challenging...

Market dynamics changes on an hourly basis and to sum It UP in a tiny summary was difficult on a daily basis....BUT I enjoyed dealing with IT in my OWN summation.

Sincere thanks to 624,494 visitors who took time to read my way of Interpreting this difficult market.

It was getting extremely stressful to trade frequently during the day and then try to do my BLOG lately, thus resulting in closing this BLOG....

I sincerely hope that you all will understand my need to rest after hectic daily trading......when I am literally exhausted with all the research & decision making process for daily trading.

US stock market has enjoyed outsized gains lately.

S&P 500, Nasdaq & SOX are @ new 52 week highs

This IS most surprising when many famed technical analyst have NOT announced end of BEAR market YET...

Some are still waiting for retest of lows 

Some have declared reluctantly " this is a rally in a bear market "

BUT

NOW there are sign of FROTH in this TAPE

 US stock market is overbought in 5 popular sectors

Based on RSI 5 sectors are overbought

IF you can believe IT...Airlines / JETS are most overbought with 69.92 RSI

Nasdaq is 2nd most overbought with 68.58 RSI

SOX is 3rd most overbought with 67.51 RSI

S&P 500 is 4th most overbought with 65.78 RSI

RUSSELL 2000 is 5th most overbought with 62.54 RSI

SO....

What to do NOW....

@ least we know where the strength are

That is Half the battle in any market

FEW strategies which may be deployed @ this stage

US economy is NOT slumping into deep recession as per latest US jobs report

Nasdaq has gone into major overdrive with a super strong RSI of 73.11

SOX is 2nd best performer with 69.18 RSI

S&P 500 is third with 66.00 RSI

DOW is the laggard with 58.47 RSI

RUSSELL 2000 is the only index which still lagging behind with 62.32 RSI and  NOT sporting a golden cross.....

SO...what can go wrong with this bullish party...

IT IS a split market ....of have & have not

IF you are NOT in aggressive Nasdaq stocks, you are trailing badly...

This is NOT " an all boats are lifted type of market "

Extremely narrow uptrend.....

It is a market of follow new 52 week high list.....

Trend has established firmly....for months now...

This IS a market of extreme conviction & patience...

Every bull market is different.....

Either you are AHEAD of the game
