To AAPL or NOT to AAPL !!!!

AAPL reports tonight.My take on AAPL is to take profit before earnings are announced.There is a LINGERING issue of Steve Jobs when it comes to AAPL stock options probe.

SEC has not CLEARED Jobs yet.ER may have more surprise about settlement of option probe...either in terms of FINE by SEC which will be charged back to AAPL or an UPDATE on the probes by two federal agencies.

ALL in ALL a lingering uncertainty unless SEC announces settlement.Even the ex CFO Fred Anderson implicated Jobs in settling with SEC...........and more option dirt will come out in SEC pursuit of AAPL ex general counsel Nancy Heinen.

US attorney office is still investigating AAPL which is seperate from SEC.

Gold is UP and Oil is UP which should propel those sectors higher.In Gold UXG(beaten down yesterday),KGC,AUY,EGO looks good.In Oil & Gas VLO,CNQ,TLM,RAL.TO ECA.TO(good ER came out) are strong.

Uranium stocks should rebound CCJ,PDN.TO,SXR.TO,UEX.TO,DNN looks strong....All were down big yesterday on metals selloff.

Molybdenum stocks should do well today BLE.TO & MOL.TO were down big yesterday.

Technology looking very strong and be wighted accordingly.

Internet sectors will fly today GOOG,YHOO,BIDU & AMZN looks very strong.
