YHOO vs BIDU for next 12 months........comparative picture of FA vs TA.......

BIDU has been on a TEAR since reporting its last ER........went from $106 in end of April to $197.60 close on july 6...an astonishing gain of $92 in 66 days..a whopping GAIN of 86.7% ....

Now the question is ....."is it too soon too fast"......

YHOO has also developed its own picture which is following:

YHOO has gone from $43.66 in Jan 06 to a LOW of $22.65 in Oct 06 a DECLINE of $21.01 or a 48.1% drubbing in 10 months...YHOO closed @ $27.10 on friday.....looks like YHOO has made a TRIPLE bottom since April......or a DOUBLE bottom since mid June......

Lets do a snapshot of FA between the two OPPOSITE performers :

The above is an interesting picture....which will be interpreted differently by different type of traders & investors......

I personally believe that YHOO has a better chance of withstanding any market correction...which may develop in any overbought conditions.

I will be accumulating more YHOO...as I see a good RISK/REWARD ratio...going forward.

I also see BIDU as nearly fully valued currently based on its Sales & EPS growth rate for next year 08 earnings.....my max target to sell BIDU is $214 area..unless sales & EPS is adjusted upwards further for 08.....

YHOO has seen all the bad news based on my PERSONAL analysis......the news will only get better starting with july Q......I usually like being EARLY on most of my position...when no one is talking about those stocks.......and sell when everybody is getting WARMED UP...it works for me $$$$.
