Tape was very disappointing today.....
NASDAQ was the weakest index......
Declining stocks had big lead over advancing stocks....
After a long time ...market showed tremendous weakness on no real negative news???

Sold SOLF & booked 20 cents per share gain to free up funds to buy on weakness on Thursday......
My portfolio is BRCM,ESLR,RIMM,SEED,TOL.......
BRCM rating40/30 target $22.81
ESLR rating 0/30 target $13.53
RIMM rating 15/40 target $125.08
SEED rating 35/80 target $6.92
TOL rating 60/80 target $26.83
In other stocks :
LDK rating 70/60 target $37.08
PIR rating 35/45 target $7.90
Strong stocks were STP,NVDA,SNDK,WFR,INTC,ABX,QID,SDS......

I guess no news is bad news right?,,,, Thanks for the "shake" about waiting to know for sure on LDK.
If I had stayed with my original plan of only one or two good trades a year things would be rosy! But its hard to buy just one or two!

Solar went down except STP???
It was 51 high & 32 low where I live.....
Removed all sand in front of my driveway.....that was put by city to give traction to cars in ice...

If we think AGs are going down short term, then the ETF to buy would be Ultrashort Materials (SMN), this Ultrashort ETF contains MOS, MON, POT, AGU, CF, TRA and TNH.

SPWR was acting like it really wanted to run today. I am watching to buy QLD, QQQQ, RIMM, AAPL, APC and SPWR, to add one or more tomorrow. I am currently in: SOHU, SOLF, ESLR, V, and SSO. I will be taking profits fast too as I am a flea on the back of an elephant! I just want to ride along and take what the market will give me. As little as $200 per trade is ok with me. Keeping 3-5 trades on and peeling them off as soon as they either reach $100 down or $200up. That way, I have more assurance of making a profit each day. Good luck tomorrow all. Your strategy is working great in this YOYO market.....
As to the future addition...you will be better off buying winners like RIMM or AAPL....
QQQQ or QLD is fine when you do NOT know which frontline stocks will move UP.....
Solar tape was very disapponting by close...so will stay clear until they show strength....

The initial conversion rate, subject to adjustment, is 25.4534 LDK Solar American depositary shares per US$1,000 principal amount of notes, which is equal to the initial conversion price of approximately US$39.29 per American depositary share, which represents an approximate 25% premium to the closing price of $31.43 on April 9, 2008. Now what to do in a crazy market
I got some AAPL yesterday and GS which as you know dropped over $5 bucks. Ouch But GS is best of breed , but this financial mess is far from over.
I still believe that AAPL will NOT disappoint -- especially with the new I-Phone coming, etc. AAPL is not good for fast tradiong IMHO, may be a medium term hold.

Disclousre, Sold ESLR @ 11.20, for 15 cents again, wanted to reduce Solar exposure and buy some index puts as hedge..!! I feel there is more pain in the store.
