Markets had every reason to go down due to highest jobless claims & testimony on BSC disaster...but we showed green @ close......
RIMM stole the show today as many analyst increased RIMM stock price target......Cannacord Adams analyst upped the target on RIMM to a stunning $180.......most others are between $160 to $165.......

TOL rating 20/30 rated for a "breakout" @ $25.26 for a target of $27.64

Piper Jaffray adds JA Solar (Nasdaq: JASO) to its Alpha List with a Buy rating and a $33.50 price target.
The firm believes JA has "the best contracted poly supply over the next two years." Furthermore, Piper notes that higher spot prices will not affect JA's business and the Company's pricing trends should remain positive.
Piper mentions a "leaked royal decree" in Spain that slipped out earlier today. According to the rumors, Spain is now expected to reach the 1 gigawatt level during 2008, which is an increase from previous expectations of 500-700 megawatts. This translates into a new cap of 2.26GW, versus the prior proposal of 1.2GW. Piper points out that the last royal decree was leaked in the exact same fashion.
Additionally, new data suggests that Italy, Korea, Greece, and the Czech Republic are all growing faster than expected.
JA Solar Holdings Co., Ltd., through its subsidiaries, designs, manufactures, and sells solar cells primarily in the People's Republic of China.
IBD now rates LDK B+ accumulation...this will have more IBD crowd looking at LDK

There IS such a thing as OVERBOUGHT...never lose sight of it....
How can you tell if any stock is overbought ...check the recent 90 days range of RSI....

Thanks for the RSI thoughts Saleem. I sold KSU as CSX got down graded and I just got tired of it laying around. Of course now that I sold it will rocket to the moon. LOL. Anyway, SOHU just keeps moving on up and I like the way CAT is acting today as it was going up when the dow was going down. I put a small position in ASIA because IH keeps saying its ready to break out..., so I just bought a few shares to see. Good luck the rest of the day.
