Markets gave up most of the gains from high of the day.......
Todays tape was typical of wait & see ER attitude.......
Markets are in very good shape and is waiting for any excuse to go UP....
Tuesday pending home sales MAY give reason for markets to go UP.....

Good market today! No wave of selling into last weeks gains. The trend looks to be higher but in small easy to digest bites. IMHO anyway.
I could kick myself for not buying into LDK around 22!

You always get a chance to buy the same stock again & again.....
2nd time you may get better bang for the buck.....
I always use RSI as a guide ...if I want to buy any stock......
I may get into LDK after this pullback is over.....

I am thinking about buying SOLF today. Any changes in your opinion since yesterday or is it still a buy? Thanks for your thoughts. I am also thinking about adding RIMM back too. So, I wonder if the MM's are trying to signal a selloff to get folks shares because IH thinks that we are closer to having a breakout than anything else! This morning may be a good time to be buying IMO. Could you provide your thoughts on that as well? THanks for your time and help.

As you have noticed...both stocks are barely down in pre-market....
I expect RIMM to be green SOON !!!
MM.....they have to make a living also.....they always do the OPPOSITE of RETAIL.....MM buy when retail sell and sell when retail are buying......nothing wrong with that...that is a SMART/AMERICAN way !!!

Hi Saleem. Again, the media focuses on negatives. Apple downgraded today at Morgan Keegan. This is all I am hearing today on TV and in print. Yesterday, however, Apple was upgraded and/or targets raised by three analysts without much coverage. I think it was IBD that had a great cartoon last week. It showed an airplane full of people and the airline attendant states we are about to hit some turbulance. A passenger then screams "we are all gonna die". The guy next to him then calmly states, don't worry he works for the financial media.

Negative reporting obsession is taking a toll in this market....hedge funds are always behind the coverage.....
I think if we keep buying good stocks @ attractive prices....& stay PUT...we will be ahead of the game...imho

I picked up SOLF for $14.75. Not bad. I am CAT, SOHU, SOLF and SSO. I started a small position in SSO this morning. Yesterday I sold NUE for $3 gain. I also sold ASIA for a buck yesterday. Best wishes.

I personally prefer QLD over SSO...as I feel that Nasdaq generally goes UP more than S&P % wise...imho
