With upcoming Stimulus Passage...Are we into better trading environment ???

Stimulus package is all set to pass in Senate.....on Tuesday !!!

$827 Billion new watered down amount is still HUGE......

Plus ..we still have several hundred Billions from TARP to assist Banks with Toxic assets & Mortgage default.....

All in all almost TRILLION ready to hit all of a sudden......

Trillion will JOLT the economy out of its tailspin in a hurry....

Jobs will be created instantly.....over 3 million NEW jobs are targeted..which should put a HUGE dent into 3.5 million jobs which is gone......

We are on track for a huge improvement by Q4......just in time for a better Christmas sales & OPTIMISM.....

I personally believe that stimulus & balance of TARP will impact in a big way...because we have almost hit the LOWEST point in this slump.....so the impact of Trillion will be HUGE & everyone will SEE the change in economic picture......

Every corporation has already REACTED to slumping sales & current lack of orders.....

Financials,Home builders will be HUGE beneficiary of this massive package....

Construction related will be the other beneficiary......

China is ready to announce another stimulus package to kick start their economy which will be a huge benefit to mines,shipping,iron ore.......

When jobs are created consumer spending also increases..so retail will be a late cycle recovery along with energy......

Broadband push has been deleted from stimulus package which will have a negative effect on broadband related & service providers .....

Technically speaking Nasdaq is the strongest & is ready to challenge its resistance area & MAY succeed.....

I expect investors/traders psychology to CHANGE for the better going forward......

All in all ...we are looking @ TROUGH & improving trend for economy..which should produce better returns in stock market......
