Just when all indices were testing their support @ 50 DMA.......Bears came out of woodwork and made the following predictions :
Dr Roubini predicted 20% to 30% decline in markets....a NYU professor becomes an instant market GURU...without ever coming even close to his "doomsday market predictions"First he predicted Dow 2,000???
Carter Worth of Oppenheimer a technician by trade NEVER saw S&P 500 going above 975..so he is sticking to his theory of S&P 500 going down to 975......
Guy Adami known for being WRONG for this entire bull run predicted 905 & now chomping 950 in S&P 500.....BUT he can RAMBLE stock performance of many stocks after close like a 3 year old....
Art Cashin of UBS...who has been WRONG since March...but get his 10 second comedic relief every day on CNBC....
About Gold :
Dr Roubini is also an expert on Gold prices.... is saying that Gold has NO business being this HIGH..I wonder why GOLD NEVER seeks his permission to go into record territory like all time high.....
Dennis Gartman the commodity KING has become the-worst trader of all thing commodity..going short when they are going UP and going LONG when they are going Down..then being stopped out and then Jump back in...real YOYO trader....
Guy Adami has been WRONG on GOLD for last 10 months and still tells viewers how to trade @ all time HIGHS.....I wonder why he is on the panel..has NO clue about Market or Commodities...
So all the Bears could not knock this market down @ start of October...CNBC viewers must be very CONFUSED with so many Professors being WRONG & still TALK like as if they know anything about market & Commodities......
So...we are all set to go to new HIGHS in October....
How ironic..first we were told by technicians & CNBC experts that September was the month to fear when we ended up making 09 highs..NOW October was suppose to create a CRASH that we could never recover from????
October ER are expected to beat in both TOP & Bottom line as an average......thus creating new 09 HIGHS in the process......
Strong stocks are going to go HIGHER......like GOOG,AAPL,BIDU,GS,ISRG,MA,V,AMZN,TSL,EBAY..
Laggards MAY start to participate like RIMM,POT,MOS,AGU,IPI,GNK,EGLE...
Semiconductors will outperform like MRVL,NVDA,SNDK,LSI
Networking stocks are looking strong like RVBD,COMS,CSCO....
Commodities going to take off...Like Gold ,Silver,Copper,Molybdenum,Steel,Coal....some names are AUY,HL,SLW,GG,KGC,TC,X,BUCY,BTU......
US$ will continue its weakness....
SO...we have lot to look forward to in October where bears/skeptics will be the losers AGAIN...
Make sure you are comfortable with your exposure & can take temporary setbacks of 5%.....also make sure you are diversified as it is a long term bull market..so it is OK to have some laggards in your portfolio who will eventually outperform......
