Dow made a new 09 high...NICE !!!!

Markets were strong @ close...with Dow leading the cheer by closing @ new 09 High....S&P 500 is very close to taking out old 09 high.....

Nasdaq volume was very strong two days in a row.....

All the Bears like Robert Prechter,Doug Kass,Carter Worth,Guy Adami,David Rosenberg..must be extremely restless as we continue our march to new HIGHS in December also...they have been declared BEAR since July...long 6 months of PAIN ????

AAPL was subjected to last minute high volume selling..closed RED on a strong day????

Gold is making new all time HIGHS regularly...ABX was strong based on their NO hedge position as of today UP 7.92%...Dennis Gartman is CHEWING his words very carefully as he has tried to talk down Gold for months....His many shorts on Gold must be very painful..& he is known as commodity KING..who missed most of the GOLD & AG RUNUP????

AH GAME & SNDA ER was a beat Up from 1.32% to 2.20%.....CC will set the tone for Wed trading.....

Solar stocks were strong with TSL,SOLF,STP,CSIQ,CSUN,YGE all strong

AG stocks were flying POT,MOS,IPI,AGU were strong

Gold & Silver stocks were strong with major moves in HL,SLW,ABX,GG,AUY,KGC,IAG......

Techs gainers included MRVL,ALTR,AMZN.....

MA,V,SINA,NTES,PWRD,SNDA were strong also...

AH Futures are mixed

AH Nikkei is slightly Down

AH Hang Seng is UP

AH Gold is UP

AH Silver is Down

VIX was Down 10.57% @ 21.92.....
