BIDU at 52 week high
I guess Ford is the best bargain??
Best to you and all
Hi C,
SINA is coming down NOW......
YES.BIDU made a 52wk high today....it has a breakout @ $148.99 for a target of $161.10..
Buy stronger stocks NOT bargain ?
Saleem
Saleem,
I did not pull the trigger on LULU. However, I pulled the trigger on SINA as C did but at higher price 123. I just sold it at 145, lower than HOD. China .com stocks have been crazy lately. I don't think they have much fundamental behind the big run. However, I just ride the wave.
I sold all weak stocks FFIV, RIMM, FCX and half of RVBD at 36 and move on. I am now on AAPL, BIDU, POT, and UYM.
You sold most of your stocks and kept only two. What will be your next move? Stay away in MAY? My stocks were deep in the mud last MAY, so I am so dreadful when MAY comes. I will follow your suit. Thanks as always.
Michael
Hi Michael,
YES..there IS distribution going on in NASDAQ for sure..which is a tell-tale sign of weakness in market.....
BIDU,SINA are placed perfect for GROWTH.....
POT is a good trade also.....
The rest i am NOT sure.....
TAPE is kind of SLUGGISH..so i may trade with MAX 3 stocks..all stronger ones.....
Great move with SINA...they ARE flying on fundamentals for sure..but it is overbought.......
BIDU should be the next to move UP...
YES..stay nimble in few..is my suggestion......

YOu are rocking with profits
Good going ---smooth
I am in gas and oils with Divi for some down side protection..... I want to stay in the game and do it with protection--hence I own 10 stocks
Telcos gas oils pipe lines
FCX for copper and MO for smoking :)
I do believe that my BIDU and POT will be goodies and deliver higher prices
Just my HO

C,
I used to play FCX when it was 79. It had a great run last year, but not so good lately.
I plan to be out of the game completely in MAY. However, I may follow Saleem in few stocks with minimal investment.
I don't know if I want to hold AAPL through the earning or not. I may sold it tomorrow before ER. I have been doing badly on ER, so trying to avoid as possible.
I used to be a long-term trader. However, I got burn. Now, I am only playing short-term. I tried to follow Saleem in buying and selling. Yesterday, Saleem indicated the market was a good buy. However, I was afraid and sold some instead of added more. Anyway, I am doing good so far this year except for some hiccup. Saleem is good at leading us through the market turmoil and I am thankful him for that.

Saleem and Michael
IF APPLE comes down in price in May
I may strike--I will wait and see as APPLE has sold off with the techs which could mean no good price action till the fall!
Saleem is indeed a wealth / fountain of knowledge !!!
as J Cramer says gotta stay in the game!
It appears that you have done very well in the market--congratulations on your profits
best to all
Hi All,
AAPL is one of my favorite large-cap stocks. It continues to innovate and create products that become dominant devices in such short times--it's amazing! I guess this new video-focused cloud-based service will drive 2012 earnings even further (yet to be officially announced). With this valuation, I can't help be giddy at current prices even though the unfortunate Japan event is causing choppiness.
AAPL only comprises 3.58% of my portfolio, but I have too many smaller cap stocks that I like also to want to purchase more AAPL. Maybe some losers I cut during this earnings season will help me get more AAPL? :)
Best wishes during this volatile time!
