S&P low today 1215.42, down 5.98% in last 36 hours ?

Greece got the whole world stock market in a tailspin, thanks to their decision to allow referendum, which guarantees a NO vote.

European markets were down 6% after the news.

I was extremely disappointed @ this "turn of event"......

US market reaction is much more subdued ?

IS HFT banking on good riddance of Greece verdict?

S&P 500 was down 5.98% from its high of 36 hrs ago ?

RSI is 51.89

Internals are negative by 6 to 1 to 15 to 1....

Oil Down $2.49

Gold Down $19.80

Canadian $ Down 1.67 cent @ 98.36...sharp drop due to Oil & commodity based economy....

VIX UP 18.39% @ 35.47...it was as high as 37.53

Portfolio is LVS,JCP,POT,RVBD,TLM..had a sell order for two @ open, saved by my higher price....

Most stocks are down

@ 1.52 following are green :

LVS,APKT,ULTA,AEM,SDS,SMN,QID,FAZ,
NDAQ....

LVS is a super star today. It said to the world that it has nothing to do with GREEK. We need to find several super stars in our portfolio that have no connection to GREEK or Europe, then we will be okay.

YES we need more LVS in our portfolio.

JCP is a good long term hold with former VP of AAPL as its CEO....I am expecting good things from this CEO..he came up with AAPL store concept....
