Hey Saleem,
My current full portfolio is:
WWWW (19.1%)
SWC (14.3%)
OCZ (11.1%)
GLNG (8.8%)
APKT (8.6%)
JKS (8.4%)
RVBD (8.4%)
EA (8.1%)
BAC (8.1%)
GWMGF (2.7%)
APWC (2.4%)
The only one in that group I'm still evaluating is JKS, but otherwise I am highly comfortable with my 2012 setup.
There are so many positive trends heading into 2012 that's it's hard to be in them all, but I think there are some important things to consider for major opportunity. First, I think these extremely low natural gas prices are here to stay and will have ramifications for all producers, transporters, and consumers of energy--picking out the new winners and losers could be highly profitable. I also like the ideas of increased IT infrastructure and cloud adoption for business efficiency, telecom infrastructure spending to upgrade and expand networks, increased consumer/small business confidence and spending, and potentially that long-awaited housing stabilization/rebound.
I think 2012 could bring great things for the stock market just like you! :)

Hey Saleem,
I think we are definitely seeing year-end effects today. A lot of the year's losers are the worst performers today.

Hi Stocktrader,
Nice recap of things to come.
I like your portfolio weighting.
YES..i concur JKS needs to be tossed out..if NG is cheap..then Solar has one more effective competition.....that industry is in shambles.

Hey Saleem,
I unfortunately agree about the natural gas competition with solar--it is a holding in direct conflict with one of my themes. At least most of the world doesn't have access to our cheap natural gas yet...
I was playing JKS for a completely washed out solar sentiment bounce along with bottoming fundamentals. The question is whether the fundamentals will continue to just hover near that bottom or actually move higher. That's the focus of my current analysis, and haven't decided what to do yet. It remains on careful watch and I discount today's action as year-end effect on a 2011 loser.
