About market, TAPE staged an oversold bounce on low volume. We need to close UP again to establish a change in direction. TAPE has been difficult for most & China is playing a major role in this malaise as they are slowing down in their GDP growth. Watch TAPE for direction in stocks instead of overall market which may remain sloppy.
