About market, TAPE showed strength by ignoring weak data from China & Germany. S&P 500 & Dow closed @ the highest level since inception. TAPE is still shaky IF we look @ new 52 wk highs, it is historically substantial @ new all time highs, currently it is barely positive. CMF is @ the highest level in months, which means that net inflow in equities is still there and getting stronger.
When it is confusing, then it is prudent to keep an eye on TAPE.
