About market, TAPE was strong which closed S&P 500 & Dow @ highest level again. Internals improved further and its all positive now. Now the ball is on Mario Draghi's court, can he surprise all of us by actually starting bond buying? Market is looking healthy again and series of new highs are in store. Equity focus has increased for money managers, which is good for this aging TAPE.

I think GM is interesting here. It is still an "underperformer" this year, but the chart continues to look better. I think I'd rather buy the breakout above $34 than buy here.

I am evaluating RUTH for sale. The chart is at an inflection point. If it gets under $13, I'll probably sell for this year. It barely does 200K volume and might be too small to get good support into year end.

With its international exposure, I think the 200 DMA it smacked against is too much to handle into year end. Another one to revisit in the new year...

Given the nice consolidation post-earnings, and the numerous analyst positive comments/upgrades recently, I think this could see "favored" status into year end.
