Down volume led by 1.17 to 1 in NYSE & 1.64 to 1 in Nasdaq

Declining stocks led by .95 to 1 in NYSE & 1.58 to 1 in Nasdaq

Net new 52 wk highs were leading by 82 in NYSE & 66 in Nasdaq

VIX Down 4.10% @ 13.34

Oil @ $49.76

Gold @ $1213.10

Canadian $ @ 74.94
