Declining stocks led by 1.86 to 1 in NYSE & 1.40 to 1 in Nasdaq

Net new 52 wk lows were leading by 123 in NYSE & highs by 36 in Nasdaq

VIX Down 1.32% @ 11.95

Oil @ $50.89

Gold @ $1131.90

C$ @ 70.34...new low since 2009
