About market, TAPE waited for AAPL report which was much better than feared by some. Tech earnings for the most part was weak tonight which may impact open, but it may present a buying opportunity in better stocks. Do your own home work and make your move before stock really moves.
BLOG does NOT give buy or sell.

Hi Saleem,
Sold AMBA @ 54.359
I am terrified of what GPRO will look like tonight in terms of forward guidance. Given their recent price cut and high inventory, I fear a major cut in 4Q estimates which could hurt AMBA.

Hi Saleem,
Sold BAC @ 16.485
After a quite a few weak economic data points recently, I'm not sure where the financials will find business momentum nor will the Fed be inclined to raise rates. Although I like BAC best, I want to move to the sidelines to wait for a clearer picture.

Hi Saleem,
Bought RCL @ 98.85
I've been watching this a while and have missed $10+ pts on it. Despite that, I like the cruise industry to capitalize on emerging middle class trends in China, relatively limited supply still, and lower for longer fuel prices.

Hi Stocktrader,
Good luck with RCL.....
GPRO should be interesting tonight.

Hi Saleem,
Bought AAPL @ 117.985
The earnings and guidance pointed to a stable growth story instead of a deceleration as feared. I think market participants are underweight AAPL and we may have another one of those "catchup" trades as valuation is too hard to ignore if growth is ok. Any intensified talk of offshore cash repatriation could provide a boost. I'm looking for a run back to $130+.
