Q4 guidance is EPS of 2 cents vs expectations of 4 cents, due to added expansion cost in more international markets.

About market, TAPE was weak and closed near low of the day, internals remained weak. We may be ready for a bounce here as selling was not that intense today, more orderly than yesterday.
