Declining stocks led by 1.45 to 1 in NYSE & 1.11 to 1 in Nasdaq

Net new 52 wk highs were leading by 115 in NYSE & 101 in Nasdaq

VIX Down .79% @ 11.34

Oil @ $48.52

Gold @ $1346.20

Canadian $ @ .7122
