AH Oil & Gold Down 

About market, TAPE celebrated lifting of Keystone pipeline construction, this is expected to create thousands of job. Oil also was higher which helped buying sentiment. Investors were generally pleased with today's key executive orders. Internals were strong. S&P 500 and Nasdaq closed @ new all time high, Dow is next in line with much awaited 20,000.
