About market, TAPE was mixed with Nasdaq closing lower, S&P 500 & Dow closed @ new all time high. Internals were mostly negative. Wednesday @ 2 PM is all about Fed announcement, it is going to raise interest rates, it will be greeted with positive move in markets. Financials continue to benefit from upcoming higher rate environment, as profitability soars for financials. Tax reform will come to fruition soon.
