About market, TAPE is on a roll in anticipation of  tax reform passage by House & Senate and signed off by President before Christmas. Internals were strong. Most sectors participated in today's rally. Surprisingly VIX went UP. Some Chinese stocks perked UP like BIDU, WB, SINA, JD to name a few. Rotation is taking hold plus strong technology stocks are preforming.
