About market, TAPE was strong then faded on Fed announcement. By close indices were all green. Internals were mostly positive. AH earnings from FB, MSFT and others were taken as not bad. News about Chinese economy is encouraging and came in better than expected. Hopefully we move decidedly higher tomorrow into close.
