Indices closed down on negative reaction to INTC and TWTR earnings reports, those stocks slumped 8.59% & 20.54% taking Nasdaq to 1.46% slump.

Internals were :

Down volume led by 1.49 to 1 in NYSE & 2.32 to 1 in Nasdaq

Declining stocks led by 2.03 to 1 in NYSE & 3.39 to 1 in Nasdaq

Net new 52 wk high were leading by 36 in NYSE & lows by 26 in Nasdaq

VIX UP 7.33% @ 13.03

Oil @ $68.69

Gold @ $1223.00

Canadian $ @ .6938
