About market, TAPE remained positive whole day on positive development between China & US on trade negotiations, there is some movement on US partial shutdown which bolstered confidence in market. Wednesday we start 2019 trading, expect inflow into equities @ these bargain levels, expecting strong action positive move in 3 days of trading in week one. 2018 ended as the-worst year since 2008.

I'm back after a trip of sight-seeing and family-seeing!
The week ending December 29th was amazing with the portfolio up 8.18% thanks to big gains in VCEL (+21%), VICR (+16%), SPLK (+13%), APPN (+11%), as well as some gains in almost all my stocks.
Given the further rise on Monday (with big help from ORTX +21%), my final tally for the year is +29.46% versus -6.24% for the S&P 500. This is probably one of my best years so far in relative performance, so I hope I can continue it into the new year.

This stock just can't get going even as the overall market rallies. I think it's set up for either a 20% rise or gain, but I can't tell which one right now. I'll raise the cash here and see what happens next.
