About market, TAPE closed UP but off their highs, S&P 500 and DOW still below 50 DMA. Market is waiting for movement on resolution of issues like shutdown and next meeting date of US & China trade talk, market may have to give a strong message to Washington to resolve or else economy will be impacted in a big way, much more than $5 billion issue.
