Indices are mixed when big US technology companies are under more scrutiny by Department Of Justice, not a bad TAPE action considering FB green & reporting tonight after paying hefty $5 billion fine.

S&P 500 @ 3012.05, high 3012.45, low 2996.82

Internals are positive

Oil Down $1.17

Gold UP 50 cents

Canadian $ Down 13 tick @ .6855

VIX Down 2.93% @ 12.24

Guidance Sales Q 3 $17.04 Billion, EPS $1.84

Expecting a beat....

TSLA reporting AH, expectations are :

Sales Q 2 $6.41 Billion, EPS loss of 40 cents

Guidance Q 3 Sales $6.5 Billion, EPS 23 cents

Will not be surprised IF TSLA beats on Sales & EPS..
