About market, TAPE closed near high of the day on better than expected retail earnings from LOW & TGT. Fed minutes did not give a clear cut policy indication lot of talk about Tariff dispute with China may impact US economy. All Indices are still below 50 DMA BUT BUT Nasdaq is only 28 points away and could lead other Indices above 50 DMA.
